Chicken ½ breast (boneless and cut into 1/2 inch pieces)
Egg 1
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Green chili 1 (finely chopped)
Flour 2 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Baking powder 1/4 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Chili sauce 1 tsp
Mustard paste 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Bread crumbs 3/4 cup
Oil for deep fry
Preparation:
Scoop out insides of tomatoes with a melon baller. Fill with chicken
salad. Sprinkle with pepper and chivesMarinate chicken with all the
ingredients listed above, except bread crumbs for 15 minutes.
Roll each piece of chicken in bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a wok, on medium flame fry hot shots for 5-7 minutes.
