Ingredients:

  • Chicken ½ breast (boneless and cut into 1/2 inch pieces)
  • Egg 1
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Green chili 1 (finely chopped)
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1/4 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Bread crumbs 3/4 cup
  • Oil for deep fry

 Preparation:

  1. Scoop out insides of tomatoes with a melon baller. Fill with chicken salad. Sprinkle with pepper and chivesMarinate chicken with all the ingredients listed above, except bread crumbs for 15 minutes.
  2. Roll each piece of chicken in bread crumbs.
  3. Heat oil in a wok, on medium flame fry hot shots for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Serve with chili garlic sauce.
