Ingredients:
- Refrigerated Pizza Dough or Homemade Pizza Dough 1 pack (10 oz)
- Frozen Italian Blend Vegetables (loose-pack) 1 pack (16 oz)
- Mozzarella Cheese (shredded) 1 pack (8 oz – 2 cup)
- Parmesan Cheese (grated) (optional)
- Sliced Mushrooms (drained) 1 jar (2, 1/2 oz)
- Sliced Pitted Ripe Olives (drained) 1 can (2, 1/4 oz)
- Crushed Red Peppers (to taste) (optional)
- Pizza Sauce 1 can (8 oz)
Directions:
- Lightly grease an 11-13-inch pizza pan.
- Unroll pizza dough and transfer to greased pan, pressing out dough with your hands.
- Build up edges slightly.
- Prick generously with a fork.
- Bake the dough in a 425 degree F oven for 7 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Meanwhile, cook the frozen vegetables according to package directions until crisp-tender; drain well.
- Spread pizza sauce over hot crust.
- Top with cooked vegetables, mushrooms, and olives.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese .
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes more or until cheese melts and sauce is bubbly.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper, if desired.
