Ingredients:

  • For Dough:
  • Flour 1 kg
  • Yeast 3 tbsp
  • Sugar 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Warm water 3 cup (250ml)
  • For Pizza Sauce:
  • Firm tomatoes 1 kg
  • Ketchup 5 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Rosemary 2 pinches
  • Oregano 2 pinches
  • For Topping:
  • Mince or chicken or beef chunks 1/2 kg
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chillies 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 2-4 tbsp
  • Pizza cheese 2 large pack
  • Capsicum 1/4 kg sliced
  • Onion 2 chopped
  • Olives as required sliced
  • Sausages as required sliced

 Preparation:

  1. Scoop out insides of tomatoes with a melon baller. Fill with chicken salad. Sprinkle with pepper and chives For Dough: Mix yeast in slightly warm water and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Then mix in sugar and salt.
  3. Now add this mixture to flour and add in oil.
  4. Knead well, cover and leave it in a warm place.
  5. When it rise, knead it again, cover and let it rest.
  6. For Pizza Sauce: Peel the skin of tomatoes and blend them.
  7. Heat a pan and add ketchup, tomato puree, salt, red chili flakes, rosemary and oregano.
  8. Cook till thickens.
  9. For Mince or Meat Topping: First cook mince in pan till dry.
  10. Then add in oil along with ginger garlic paste, saute.
  11. Now add in salt, pepper and yogurt. (You can also add in “Tikka Spice”)
  12. Preparation: First divide the dough in four portion. (It will make four large size pizza)
  13. Roll out dough on greased pizza pans.
  14. Then apply tomato sauce, sprinkle crushed onion, pizza cheese, mince and sliced sausages, capsicum and olives.
  15. Bake the prepared pizza at high oven for about 15-17 minnutes or until done.
  16. Serve hot.
  17. To Make Stuffed Crust Pizza: Spread the dough out of pan and place cheese on round end of pan and then fold the dough over it. (you can also add mince or even chicken chunks in crust)

  • Plain flour 1/2 2 mug

  • Sugar 2tbsp
  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Luke warm water as required
  • PIZZA SAUCE
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Tomato 4
  • Small onion 1
  • Tomato ketchup 1 cup
  • Chilli sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 2 tbsp
  • Mozirella chesse 1 packet
  • Chedder chesse 1 packet
  • Tomato(roundly cut) 3
  • Onion(roundly cut) 2
  • Black olives(roundly cut) 1/2 cup
  • Spring onion 4
  • Susages(roundly cut) 4

 Preparation:

  1. Scoop out insides of tomatoes with a melon baller. Fill with chicken salad. Sprinkle with pepper and chivesPizza Dough: Mix sugar and yeast in water.
  2. Cover the yeast mix, and leave it for a while.
  3. Now mix plain flour, butter and salt well.
  4. After this make a small hole in the center of this batter.
  5. Add the sugar mixed water in this hole.
  6. Now add the yeast mixture as well.
  7. Knead them all well, after this apply some oil.
  8. Then leave it aside for 2 hours.
  9. Knead it again and leave for 2-3 hours.
  10. After this, make a round shaped bread.
  11. Then place this on the baking tray.
  12. Pizza Sauce: Take some oil in a pan and saute fry garlic and onion.
  13. Also add tomatoes, and saute them as well.
  14. Do not overcook the ingredients.
  15. Now add ketchup, chilli sauce, salt and sugar.
  16. Cook them all for sometime.
  17. To Assemble: Spread the sauce on the dough.
  18. Then sprinkle mozarella cheese and cheddar cheese on it.
  19. Now add spring onions, tomatoes and black olives.
  20. Also add sausages.
  21. Now place this in the pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Breast (skinless & boneless) 1 half
  • Homemade Pizza Dough or (16 ounce) package of Pre-Baked Pizza Dough
  • Red Onion (thinly sliced) 1/3 cup
  • Fresh Cilantro/Coriander Leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 1 cup
  • Barbecue Sauce (divided) 1 cup
  • Marinara Sauce 1/2 cup
  • Sesame Seed Oil 1 tbsp

Preparation:

  1. Scoop out insides of tomatoes with a melon baller. Fill with chicken salad. Sprinkle with pepper and chivesHeat the sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place the chicken breast in the skillet, and top with 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce.
  3. Cook for 10 minutes, turn, and top with 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce.
  4. Continue cooking for further 10 minutes, until juices run clear.
  5. Cool slightly, and cut into chunks.
  6. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  7. In a small bowl, mix the remaining barbecue sauce and marinara sauce.
  8. Spread evenly over the pizza crust. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese .
  9. Arrange cooked chicken chunks and red onion slices over the top.
  10. Bake 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh cilantro/coriander leaves, and let sit 10 minutes before slicing.

Ingredients:

  • For Pizza Dough:

  • Chicken cubes 150 gram
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Spring onion 3
  • Tomato small cubes 2
  • Capsicum small cubes 2
  • Olives 8-10
  • Pickled chilies 2 tbsp
  • Mushrooms 5
  • Crushed red chili 1/2 tsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • Mozzarella cheese as required

Preparation:

  1. For Dough: Combine all the dough ingredients.
  2. Knead well with required lukewarm water and leave for 45 minutes to rise.
  3. For Sauce: Heat oil in a pan and saute onion and garlic in it.
  4. Then add the rest of the sauce ingredients and cook till oil starts to separate.
  5. For Topping: Add chili sauce and oil to the chicken and leave for 15 minutes.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken. It will take 10 to 12 minutes.
  7. Add the chicken to the cubed vegetables and all other topping ingredients.
  8. Also add the pizza sauce and grated pizza cheese to the pizza topping, so you would not need to do layering. (Or you can layer the pizza for perfection).
  9. Spread out the dough in the desired shape and size and put on a greased frying pan. Cover the pan.
  10. Cook the crust from only one side, approximately 8 minutes for a medium sized crust. (Adjust the cooking time according to size)
  11. Then takeout the crust from the pan.
  12. Now on the cooked side place the pizza sauce and topping.
  13. Drizzle some oil in the pan and place the pizza on the pan to cook. Cover the pan and let it cook.
  14. Or preheat the oven on 200 to 220 degree and put pizza in the oven to bake for 10 to 15 minutes, till cheese melts and dough is cooked.
  15. When pizza is ready, takeout from the pan and serve hot

Ingredients:

  • Pizza dough 1 pizza equal
  • Tomato sauce 1 tbsp
  • Mozzarella cheese ½ cup
  • Corns 2 tbsp
  • Mushrooms ¼ cup
  • Spinach 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Oil as required

Preparation:

  1. Divide pizza dough into two balls.
  2. Roll out each ball and spread toppings on one and cover with other dough, seal edges.
  3. Fry with little bit of oil until both sides are golden.
  4. Cut into slices and serve.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups flour (+/-)
  • 1/3 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 oz yeast (compressed)
  • 1/3 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

 DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix yeast and water, add 1/3 of the flour, add malt and mix together. Let stand until it starts to bubble. Add olive oil and salt and gradually bring in flour and work into smooth bread dough.
  2. Knead for ten minutes and then turn in slightly oiled bowl. Let rise until doubled. Scale and roll out into 12″ inch round. Finish as desired and bake in 450F oven.

INGREDIENTS:

Pizza-Hut-Original-Pan-Pizza
1 1/3 cup warm water (105 degrees F)
1/4 cup non-fat dry milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 cups flour
getable oil (3 ounce per pan)
butter flavored cooking spray

Sauce:

1 can (8 ounce size) tomato sauce
1 teaspoon dry oregano
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
1/2 teaspoon dry basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt1 tablespoon sugar
1 package dry yeast
2 tablespoons vegetable oil (for dough)
9 ounces ve

DIRECTIONS:

Put yeast, sugar, salt, and dry milk in a large (2 qt.) bowl. Add water and stir to mix well. Allow to sit for two minutes. Add oil and stir again. Add flour and stir until dough forms and flour is absorbed.
Turn out on to a flat surface and knead for about 10 minutes. Divide dough into three balls. In three 9″ cake pans, put 3 Oz. of oil in each making sure it is spread evenly. Using a rolling pin, roll out each dough ball to about a 9″ circle. Place in cake pans.
Spray the outer edge of dough with cooking spray. Cover with a plate. Place in warm area and allow to rise for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Sauce:

Combine ingredients and let sit for 1 hour.
For Each Nine Inch Pizza: Preheat oven to 475 degrees F Spoon 1/3 cup sauce on dough and spread to within 1″ of edge. Distribute 1 1/2 Oz. shredded mozzarella cheese on sauce. Place toppings of your choice in this order: Pepperoni or Ham Vegetables Meats (cooked ground sausage or beef) Top with 3 Oz. mozzarella cheese Cook until cheese is bubbling and outer crust is brown.

  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves – cut into small chunks

  • 1 (13.4 ounce) package room-temperature fresh pizza dough
  • 1 cup tomato sauce

  5. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack until the cheese is lightly browned, about 20 minutes. Switch the oven setting to broil and cook another 5 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • pound frozen pizza dough, thawed
  • 1 (10 ounce) tub PHILADELPHIA Reduced Fat Savory Garlic Cooking Creme
  • 1 (6 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breast, grilled, sliced
  • 1/2 cup roasted red pepper strips
  • 1 cup sliced drained canned artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
  1. Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Spread the olive oil over the pizza crust, then sprinkle with the smoked salmon, artichokes, and sun-dried tomatoes. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the pizza.

  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 cup sliced banana
  • 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  • 1 kg boneless chicken in cubes
  • 1/2 teasppon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon haldi(turmeric)
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger ,garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 2 table spoon oil/ghee
  • 1/2 teaspoon black salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon japhil, jawatari

 Directions:

  1. Dough: Mix yeast and sugar in warm water and leave for 10 min
  2. Sift Maida, Milk powder, Salt, Egg, Oregano, oil and mixture of yeast and sugar with water (mix well to make a smooth dough)
  3. leave for 2-3 hours for rising

  5. Sauce: cook all of the sauce ingredients till thick
  6. Pizza Topping: Marinate chicken with Masala (spiaces) for 2-3 hours then barbecue or bake in oven at 180 centigrade for 30 min and smoke them with charcoal. 
  7. Cut 1 onion in cubes shape
  8. 2 cup Mozzarella cheese
  9. 1 cup Cheddar cheese. 
  10. Baking the Chicken Tikka Pizza: Spread the dough in 12 inch pizza pan or whatever you have available and prick it with fork
  11. Spread pizza sauce
  12. Place Chicken Tikka pieces
  13. Pour onion cubes and the cup of chedder and 2 cup of mozerella cheese
  14. Now let it bake for approximately 20 min at 250 centigrade
  15. Chicken Tikka Pizza is ready.

  • All purpose flour ½ kg
  • Instant yeast 1 sachet (approximately 1 tbsp)
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • For Chicken:
  • Chicken boneless ½ kg
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Bar.b.q spice 2 tbsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • For Topping:
  • Tomato 2 (sliced)
  • Capsicums 2 (sliced)
  • Mushrooms ½ cup (sliced)
  • Black olives ½ cup (sliced)
  • Mozzarella cheese 500 gm

  • Red chili powder ½ tsp

Directions:

  1. For Dough: Add yeast and sugar to a little lukewarm water, mix well and leave aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Now add salt to taste, baking powder and yeast mixture to flour, knead it with required water and set aside for 3 to 4 hours.
  3. After 4 hours, knead that dough again for 5 minutes.
  4. For Chicken: In a mixing bowl, add chicken, bar.b.q spice, garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder and salt to taste and mix it well.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and stir fry chicken in it till cooked through.
  6. For Sauce: Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion in it.
  7. Now add tomato puree, tomatoes and garlic paste and mix it well.
  8. Then add paprika, crushed red chili and salt to taste, mix well.
  9. When the oil starts to separate, set aside.
  10. For Double Crust: Spread butter over the pizza pan and place rolled out pizza dough over it.
  11. Now slice the mozzarella cheese by cutting it into straight strips, then lay them on pizza dough in circular pattern and fold the dough and cut the extra over sized edges.
  12. Now the crust of pizza is ready.
  13. For Topping: Apple butter on the crust and sprinkle black pepper and oregano.
  14. Now over the surface of pizza dough, first spread sauce, followed by mushrooms, prepared chicken, sliced tomatoes and capsicum.
  15. Now top it with grated mozzarella cheese and black olives.
  16. Now slightly press it.
  17. Bake the pizza in pre heated oven at 200 degree centigrade for 15-18 minutes.
  18. When done, cut in ti slices and serve.

  • Refined flour ½ kg (sifted)
  • Milk powder 2 tbsp
  • Yeast 3 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1 beaten
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • For Sauce:
  • Tomatoes ½ kg chopped
  • Onion 1 chopped
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Oregano ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Oil as required
  • For Topping:
  • Beef sausages 6 sliced lengthwise
  • Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Chilli-garlic sauce 4 tbsp
  • Capsicums 4 sliced lengthwise
  • Green chillies 6 sliced lengthwise
  • Black olive 12 sliced round
  • Onion 1 sliced lengthwise
  • Mozzarella cheese 250 grams grated
  • Oregano ½ tsp

Directions:

  1. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and leave aside for 15 minutes until foamy.
  2. Mix together all the dough ingredients including yeast in a bowl and knead with required water, set aside for half an hour.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry onions till golden, add tomatoes, garlic and salt.
  4. Cook till tomatoes are soft, season with oregano and remove sauce from flame.
  5. Roll out pizza dough and spread on pizza pan, layer with sauce and topping ingredients.
  6. Bake pizza in pre-heated oven at 200°c for 12 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 half Chicken Breast (skinless & boneless)
  • Home made dough or (16 ounce) package of Pre-Baked Pizza Dough
  • 1/3 cup of Red Onion (Lal Pyaz) (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tbsp. of Fresh Cilantro/Coriander Leaves (Hara Dhania) (chopped)
  • 1 cup of Cheese
  • 1 cup of Barbeque Sauce (divided)
  • ½ cup of Marinara Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. of Sesame Oil (Zaitoon Ka Tail)

How to make Pizza:

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the chicken breast in the skillet, and top with 1 tablespoon barbeque sauce. Cook 10 minutes, turn, and top with 1 tablespoon barbeque sauce. Continue cooking 10 minutes, until juices run clear. Cool slightly, and cut into chunks.
  2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Ingredients:

  • Refrigerated Pizza Dough or Homemade Pizza Dough 1 pack (10 oz)
  • Frozen Italian Blend Vegetables (loose-pack) 1 pack (16 oz)
  • Mozzarella Cheese (shredded) 1 pack (8 oz – 2 cup)
  • Parmesan Cheese (grated) (optional)
  • Sliced Mushrooms (drained) 1 jar (2, 1/2 oz)
  • Sliced Pitted Ripe Olives (drained) 1 can (2, 1/4 oz)
  • Crushed Red Peppers (to taste) (optional)
  • Pizza Sauce 1 can (8 oz)

Directions:

  1. Lightly grease an 11-13-inch pizza pan.
  2. Unroll pizza dough and transfer to greased pan, pressing out dough with your hands.
  3. Build up edges slightly.
  4. Prick generously with a fork.
  5. Bake the dough in a 425 degree F oven for 7 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
  6. Meanwhile, cook the frozen vegetables according to package directions until crisp-tender; drain well.
  7. Spread pizza sauce over hot crust.
  8. Top with cooked vegetables, mushrooms, and olives.
  9. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese .
  10. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes more or until cheese melts and sauce is bubbly.
  11. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper, if desired.

Ingredients:
8oz Ground Almonds, or hazelnuts
8oz Sugar
8oz Butter
8oz Plain Flour

Seeds of Half a Vanilla Pod or Some Grated Orange Peel
6oz Black Chocolate
Directions:
Beat the butter and sugar until creamy. Add the almonds/hazelnuts and orange peel/vanilla seeds and beat again. Then add the flour and thoroughly mix it in by hand until the batter is smooth. Break off cherry-sized pieces of dough, roll them into neat balls, and lay them on a baking-tray lined with non-stick baking-paper.
Bake them at 350 F for 15 to 20 minutes or until they are golden-brown. Let them cool on a rack while you melt the chocolate. When they are completely cool, dip the flat side in melted chocolate and sandwich them together.

¼ cup Hot Water
to Make Icing: Blend In 1 - 2 Tablespoons Anise Extract & Enough Hot Water To 1 Cup Confectioner's Sugar To Form a Smooth Icing.


Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
In large bowl, mix flour, baking powder and white sugar. Make a hole in the center and add oil, milk, 2 tablespoon anise extract, and eggs. Mix together until dough is moist.
Put some shortening on your fingers and take off dough in 1 - 2 inch pieces. Roll into a ball and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet, 1 inch apart. Press down lightly on each cookie.
Bake for 10 minutes, until the bottom of the cookie is a warm brown color.
Dip cookies in Icing once they are cooled and sprinkle with rainbow nonpareil sprinkles.

Ingredients:
½ cup Butter, softened
1 cup White Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla or Almond Extract
8 oz Ricotta Cheese
2 cups All-purpose Flour
½ tsp Baking Soda
¼ tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Butter, softened
2 cups Confectioners' Sugar
¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
1½ Tbsp Milk


Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a medium bowl, cream together 1/2 cup butter and white sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla and ricotta cheese. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; gradually stir into the cheese mixture. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are golden. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
In a medium bowl, cream together the remaining butter and confectioners' sugar. Beat in vanilla and milk gradually until a spreadable consistency is reached. Frost cooled cookies.

Ingredients:
1 Pouch (1 Lb 1.5 Oz) Betty Crocker® Sugar Cookie Mix
½ cup Granulated Sugar
½ cup Butter or Margarine, softened
1× 8 oz can or 1 7-oz Package Almond Paste, crumbled into ½" pieces
1 Egg
2 cups Pine Nuts
1 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper. In large bowl, beat cookie mix, granulated sugar, butter, almond paste and egg with electric mixer on low speed until soft dough forms.
2. For each cookie, shape 1 tablespoon dough into ball; roll in pine nuts, pressing to coat. Place balls 2 inches apart on cookie sheets.
3. Bake 13 to 17 minutes or just until edges are light golden brown. Cool 5 minutes; remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Cool completely, about 15 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Helpful Tips:
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Follow High Altitude directions on cookie mix pouch, adding sugar and almond paste. Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
