- Preheat the oven to 150C/300F. Whisk melted butter and sugar beet syrup together in a mixing bowl. Add in rolled oats, millet, chopped almonds and peanuts. Mix together.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 45 minutes in the center of the oven, , stirring every 15 minutes to achieve an even colour.
- Remove from oven and transfer into a large bowl. Add dried cranberries, raisins, orange zest and mix until evenly distributed.
