This quick apple tart is without butter, prepared for it with sour cream. So you save quite a bit of calories without sacrificing taste something. It is important to use a good apple variety (sweet and sour). I will prefer Russet or Braeburn. If it is urgent, is the apple cake for a good half hour!
ingredients

2 - 3 eggs (depending on size)
100 g of sugar
250 g flour
1 cup sour cream
1 package of vanilla sugar
1 package of baking powder
4-6 apples (peeled, cored, cut into small columns)
preparation

Preheat convection oven to 180 degrees.
All ingredients except the apples, mix with an electric mixer at highest speed for 2 minutes to form a smooth, thick batter.
Large baking tray with baking paper, spread out dough and cover with the beautiful apple slices. As desired you can also sliced almonds on top.
Sheet in the oven at 180 degrees 15 - Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Tastes run hot and the next day still good.
