Grünkern roast

With vegan recipes I like reducing animal protein on the menu, very good for my basic diet, exercise, joints, and last but not least the budget ...

250 g of okara
200 g green core-shot
30 g of linseed
3 onions
1 heaped teaspoon each pepper, paprika sharp, ground mustard seeds
¾ tsp salt
1 tablespoon marjoram
1 tablespoon canola oil
Vegetable broth as needed

Stir everything together, add enough vegetable stock until the dough is smooth, fill the dough in a baking or silicone mold, rest for at least 3 hours.

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour at 200 ° C bake.

variations:
with leeks, carrots, mushrooms, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds or sprouts.

With commercially available soy products I've not tried it yet ... is certainly tasty and worth a try.
