Again one of my tried and tested "recipes savings" for families who have to fill many hungry beaks.
On the eve of 12 medium-sized potatoes, boiled potatoes produced. The potatoes slightly erode.
300 g ground beef (or half hack, half vegetables like peppers, zucchini, etc.) with a chopped onion, an egg, the mashed potato inside, salt, pepper, red pepper, herbs to taste and knead fill in the potatoes.
Grind in a baking dish a can of tomato peel something, fill it with some broth, salt, pepper, herbs and a little sugar to taste. In this sauce put the stuffed potatoes and bake in oven at 200 to 225 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve with a green salad or cucumber salad.
Those who want can the potatoes before baking, sprinkle with a little grated cheese.
The recipe is calculated for four people, and can of course be doubled for more people, then use it instead of a baking dish or roasting pan.
