Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Peprika powder 1 tsp
  • Parselay 1 tsp
  • Red chilli paste 6 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves 3
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chilli sauce 6 tbsp
  • Plain flour 1 cup
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup

Preparation:

  1. For coating: In a bowl add plain flour, peprika powder, garlic powder, crushed black pepper, chilli powder.
  2. For marination sauce: In a blender, blend parselay, garlic cloves, red chillies or kashimiri mirch.
  3. Make a paste.
  4. Now put chicken wings in a bowl then marinate with salt, chilli sauce and blended mixture, mix well.
  5. Keep aside for atleast 1 hour.
  6. Heat oil in a skillet.
  7. Now coat marinated chicken wings properly with coating powder then deep fry.
  8. When turn into golden brown, remove and serve
