Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Lemon juice 3 tbsp
- Peprika powder 1 tsp
- Parselay 1 tsp
- Red chilli paste 6 tbsp
- Garlic cloves 3
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chilli sauce 6 tbsp
- Plain flour 1 cup
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
Preparation:
- For coating: In a bowl add plain flour, peprika powder, garlic powder, crushed black pepper, chilli powder.
- For marination sauce: In a blender, blend parselay, garlic cloves, red chillies or kashimiri mirch.
- Make a paste.
- Now put chicken wings in a bowl then marinate with salt, chilli sauce and blended mixture, mix well.
- Keep aside for atleast 1 hour.
- Heat oil in a skillet.
- Now coat marinated chicken wings properly with coating powder then deep fry.
- When turn into golden brown, remove and serve
