Ingredients:
4 oz | Thin Spaghetti |
1 Tbsp | Olive Oil |
2 tsp | Minced Garlic |
Pinch Red Pepper Flakes | |
Salt & Pepper, to taste |
Directions:
Cook spaghetti in
a pot of boiling, salted water as package directs. Drain pasta in
colander, reserving 1/4 cup pasta water; set aside. Heat oil in the same
pot over medium high heat. Add garlic and pepper flakes. Cook 30
seconds to 1 minute. Add pasta water and spaghetti. Toss to coat
spaghetti with oil and garlic, then season with salt and black pepper.
