Here is a delicious side dish to something closer to the summer.

For 2 people:

4 medium potatoes
1-2 cloves of garlic
1 unwaxed lemon
2 sprigs of rosemary
butter
Salt and pepper


The (uncooked) Peel the potatoes and cut into slices, place on a plate / a casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper evenly. Cut the garlic into small cubes or thin slices and spread evenly over the potatoes.

Squeeze half a lemon and cut the other half into slices. Distribute the lemon juice over the potatoes and spread the slices also over / next to the potato wedges. Now the type 2 branches / stems with rosemary and butter to flakes (to taste) and place next to the potatoes (this is how it perfectly crispy)

At 180 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes (when they are golden brown and soft, they are good) and cook.

Every now "call" something so they are nice crispy on all sides.
