Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 250 gm
  • Spaghetti 1/2 cup
  • Tomato puree 1/2 cup
  • Tomato 1 (finely sliced)
  • Capsicum 1(finely sliced)
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Garlic 2 tbs (chopped)
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Oregano 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red chillies 1/2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp(chopped)
  • Olive oil 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1/2 tsp

 Preparation:


  1. Scoop out insides of tomatoes with a melon baller. Fill with chicken salad. Sprinkle with pepper and chives Boil spaghetti in water with a little oil.
  2. Cut chicken into long and thin pieces.
  3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add garlic and then chicken pieces.
  4. Cook till they turn golden.
  5. Add tomato puree, oregano, black pepper, red chillies and salt, mix well.
  6. Add tomato and capsicum, cook for 2 minutes and then add vinegar and butter.
  7. Cook for another minute.
  8. Add spaghetti in the chicken and mix carefully.
  9. Take out in a dish, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
