Ingredients:

  • For Pizza Dough:
  • Yeast 2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 2 pinches
  • Plain flour 2, 1/2 cup
  • Olive oil 1-2 tbsp
  • Warm water as required
  • For Pizza Sauce:
  • Oil 1-2 tbsp
  • Onion 1 chopped
  • Garlic 1 clove chopped
  • Tomato 500 gram
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar 2 pinches
  • Oregano 2 pinches
  • Chicken cubes 150 gram
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Spring onion 3
  • Tomato small cubes 2
  • Capsicum small cubes 2
  • Olives 8-10
  • Pickled chilies 2 tbsp
  • Mushrooms 5
  • Crushed red chili 1/2 tsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • Mozzarella cheese as required

Preparation:

  1. For Dough: Combine all the dough ingredients.
  2. Knead well with required lukewarm water and leave for 45 minutes to rise.
  3. For Sauce: Heat oil in a pan and saute onion and garlic in it.
  4. Then add the rest of the sauce ingredients and cook till oil starts to separate.
  5. For Topping: Add chili sauce and oil to the chicken and leave for 15 minutes.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken. It will take 10 to 12 minutes.
  7. Add the chicken to the cubed vegetables and all other topping ingredients.
  8. Also add the pizza sauce and grated pizza cheese to the pizza topping, so you would not need to do layering. (Or you can layer the pizza for perfection).
  9. Spread out the dough in the desired shape and size and put on a greased frying pan. Cover the pan.
  10. Cook the crust from only one side, approximately 8 minutes for a medium sized crust. (Adjust the cooking time according to size)
  11. Then takeout the crust from the pan.
  12. Now on the cooked side place the pizza sauce and topping.
  13. Drizzle some oil in the pan and place the pizza on the pan to cook. Cover the pan and let it cook.
  14. Or preheat the oven on 200 to 220 degree and put pizza in the oven to bake for 10 to 15 minutes, till cheese melts and dough is cooked.
  15. When pizza is ready, takeout from the pan and serve hot
