Scoop out insides of tomatoes with a melon baller. Fill with chicken
salad. Sprinkle with pepper and chives Mix all the dry ingredients
together and stuff this mixed masala into the slit bhindis.
Heat oil in a kadai and at low flame put the stuffed bhindis and cover with a lid.
Cook for about 15 to 20 minutes and put the remaining mixed masala in the kadai.
