Ingredients:
- Chicken ½ breast (boneless and cut into 1/2 inch pieces)
- Egg 1
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Green chili 1 (finely chopped)
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Baking powder 1/4 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tsp
- Chili sauce 1 tsp
- Mustard paste 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Soya sauce 1 tsp
- Red chili flakes 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Bread crumbs 3/4 cup
- Oil for deep fry
Preparation:
- Scoop out insides of tomatoes with a melon baller. Fill with chicken
salad. Sprinkle with pepper and chivesMarinate chicken with all the
ingredients listed above, except bread crumbs for 15 minutes.
- Roll each piece of chicken in bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a wok, on medium flame fry hot shots for 5-7 minutes.
- Serve with chili garlic sauce.
